Worth It

Finding wine making recipes that you really like is probably a bit harder than you realize. The problem is that until you actually make the recipe you cannot know if you like it, however with wine making unlike cooking dinner or something like that, the process of making wine is long! You cannot just make it at 6PM and then taste it at 7PM. At a minimum you need to wait 2 weeks before you taste the wine and even at that point you should probably week a few weeks longer before you can really make a decision and to be thorough you might even want to wait a full year.
