    @MsXizan Look, the only thing I wasn’t sure about was the term ‘Gaeilge’, which I understand now, thanks to a very clear explanation of ODIoddy. I’m perfectly aware of the difference between Gaelic and Celtic, which you apparently are not. Celtic is more than just a culture. Celtic is also a group of languages, including the Gaelic languages (Scottish Gaelic and Irish), Welsh, Manx, Breton etc. Gaelic as a group of languages and cultures is a part of a bigger Celtic language family and culture.

    it’s Irish she’s singing but yes it is Gaelic. Just like Scotland. It’s Irish Gaelic. Whereas in Scotland it’s Scottish Gaelic obviously. But we (the irish) only call it Irish or Gaeilge ( Irish in Irish). Sorry that was so long.
